SUCCESS STORIES: Gibbs/Gulf Oil
RemoteWorks has been providing system support and application solutions to Gibbs,
a wholly-owned subsidiary of Gulf Oil, for over 5 years. Gibbs owns 80+ convenience
stores/gas stations throughout the Northeast.
RemoteWorks has worked with Gibbs to migrate the individual stores from a completely
manual end-of-day process to a completely automated one. Using the RemoteWare polling
system in conjunction with a custom back-office solution, we successfully automated the
daily sales information, the competive pricing data, and the schedule and payroll
information all which had been completely paper-based.
We continue to work with Gibbs today on the next steps in their automation process:
scanning, price book management, and better integration with their gas pump systems.
