SERVICESRemoteWorks offers a wide-range of service offerings which can be customized to meet an organization's specific needs. Our involvement will vary depending on the products being installed and a company's own resource constraints. Generally, we do not undertake a service engagement unless it is in conjunction with the installation of one of our product solutions as this enables us to truly leverage our strengths and maximize the impact we are able to achieve.
SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION AND INTEGRATION
As a value-added reseller of several leading edge technologies,
RemoteWorks has extensive experience installing and configuring
NT-based solutions for communicating to remote and/or
mobile computers.
Our staff of implementation personnel will work with your
IT resources to implement the solution that meets your specific
needs. When required, we will bring in our custom application
resources in order to integrate and/or migrate legacy system
data or for creating custom modules to enhance existing or
off-the-shelf packages.
CUSTOM APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT RemoteWorks has a team of developers who can work with our customers to design and develop custom applications to fit a particular need. We develop using Microsoft-standard tools and have written applications in the past for:
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
RemoteWorks has extensive experience managing the
implementation of large-scale IT projects. We
can assign a full-time project manager for a limited
implementation engagement or help you to fill
temporary gaps in your existing resource assignments.
As a solutions partner, RemoteWorks generally builds
long-term relationships with our clients and are
available in whatever service capacity required
on an ongoing basis.
